Ewing Township is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ewing Township follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The food was overall good. However, there were two complaints. First, the pho broth was great, but the noodles were packaged and not fresh. Second, the summer roll sauce was perfect, but the shrimp summer roll was heavy on the noodles, so I couldn’t taste the shrimp. The server was a character and the service was good, but he never checked back after the food arrived. Also, I don’t know who decided to put the girls up next to the food pictures, but it’s out of place for a family restaurant.

Broth was flavorful with many add in options but I was missing the cilantro. They did had plenty of sauces to add to it. I would have liked a little more meat in the summer roll but it was tasty regardless. Banh mi was delicious I wish it had more vegetables but I was not disappointed with what I received.

First meal in NJ after a long flight and highly disappointed! STAY AWAY! My vietnamese spouse and I ate here because it was the closest detour vietnamese restaurant during our apartment tour. My spouse got the beef pho and I got a t-bone steak. The pho on had 4 slim pieces of meat in a small bowl, the broth tastes like water and the noodles weren’t even rice noodles!!!! Even worse, they charged me for t-bone steak but gave me a poor quality grilled meat and old soggy vegetables. The best thing on the table was the cup of lemon water. The prices were not consistent with what they ring me up at the counter. If I would of know the prices for the meals increased and I would get only grilled beef instead of t-bone I would have never have gone there.

I love Pho and I’m a bit of a critic. I had my favorite place in Edison that closed down and I had been afraid to try a new place. Took a chance today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the iced coffee was amazing. The gentlemen who served me was really good! Definitely coming back.
